I booked for 1:15, Donte told me he couldn’t make it, and asked if 1:45 would work. I said yes, that’s fine. After driving almost 20 min, Donte called to tell me he’s still not at the shop. He called me at the time he was supposed to be cutting my hair. Highly unprofessional. He could have let me know long before I drove he couldn’t make it. A giant waste of time.

First time here and they were so accommodating! It was a last minute appointment too. My 2 yo daughter loved it. Thank you for a fantastic job!!

My experience was great at cit-n-Up& Co. Was amazing as usual. The atmosphere was incredible. If you are looking for a great place to get your hair done any style of get a great fade,shave with hot towels this is the spot.

. Sheri was fantastic with my almost 3 year old TWIN nieces. She had them spoiled she put on their favorite movie and was so quick. You Sheri are phenomenal . Thank you The twins can't wait to go back
