Loved that I found this salon! I was in desperate need of curly cut and I’ve been struggling to find one either close by or in Long Island; the city ain’t it for me anymore. Loved that the owner (who I’m blanking on her name right now) was very knowledgeable on how to cut curly hair, the right way! (Which is dry cut). Make sure you wash your hair, do add product to it, have it detangle and fully dry before your appointment. came into the salon extremely apprehensive due to a previous bad experience but i left absolutely AMAZED by how great my hair looked. i wanted a curly bang cut and sameena perfected my haircut to where my curls looked healthy and bouncy. she taught me how to style my hair to suit my face and curl pattern. 1000000/10 recommend her. i will definitely be coming back.
My experience at this salon is the greatest i’ve ever experienced. As a young girl, i’ve always struggled to find good salons to get a haircut but i think ive finally found my place! Samina was insightful, honest, talented, and extremely caring. Even though my hair was a total knotted mess, she treated me kindly. The cut was excellent and the deep conditioning treatment left my hair feeling amazing. HIGHLY recommend!
Samina is so warm and honest . She is incredibly talented hairstylist who knows curly, frizzy and information on healthy hair. She understood every thing I wanted on my healthy hair journey in regards to my hair cut , In her terms, It was a reshaping and it came out so beautiful. I have finally found a hair stylist that listens but honest. I have a new good to hair person. Highly highly recommend booking your next appt, with samina. She is great.
