I have no complaints about the person who cut my hair. He was polite, efficient, and provided the exact haircut that I requested for only $20. However, the inconvenience of having to pay only by cash when most consumers choose to pay by debit or credit nowadays puzzles me. It's 2025. Get with the times or get left behind.
I have been coming here for a while and have had a great experience getting my hair cut and beard trimmed. I see the same barber every time which I think is important if you want consistency.
Bad customer service. Keeps getting worse the last couple of years.
I visited this salon recently and was helped by a lady there. I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted, but unfortunately, the result was quite different. it didn’t look like the picture I showed her. I also asked her to blow-dry my hair, but she just brushed it quickly for about a minute. It didn’t feel like a proper blow-dry at all. I’m sharing a photo to show the difference between what I asked for and what I received. I was a bit disappointed with the outcome.
