Just want to thankyou for the time you took and your attention to actually give me a really lovely haircut, its really rare in this rushed world and l appreciated so much. Went into cut loose to get my hair styled for a wedding. Service was good - ladies were lovely. However, the hair I ended up with was not what I had showed/wanted. I showed the hairdresser a reference picture of how I would like my hair - slicked back into a high ponytail with curls (picture attached). However, the hairdresser seemed to not know how to achieve this hairstyle as she had to discuss with another hairdresser how to do this look. My mum and I have naturally curly hair, which can be tricky to manage, but we were absolutely thrilled with the results from our visit! The stylist took the time to understood what we wanted—our hair has never looked better, and the shape and definition they achieved were amazing.
