I did not have a good experience here at all. I scheduled an appointment & provided a picture of the color & highlights that I wanted. I was assured that it could be done. 4 hours later & more money than I have ever paid for a trip to the salon, I left very unhappy and I had to dye my hair back to it's original color (on my own) the next day. Never again.
