We had a great experience at Cut Loose, Emerald. We are currently travelling and managed to get an appointment the same day as I called. Fantastic short cut and hubby got a clipper cut, very reasonably priced and super friendly staff. Pity I live in Brisbane or this would be my new hairdresser. This hairdressing salon is first rate. I am repeat client and have had the luck to have had Jess on two prior occasions. Jess is a star hairdresser! Her cutting and colour skills are extremely current. I don't have easy hair but the colour advice was extremely professional and corrected the issue I had. You leave looking like your hair is ready to be photographed for a magazine. Ro has developed a business with customers as the focus and it shows from the moment you open the door.
