Had my first hair cut with Philip today. I have lived in DE for 11 & 1/2 years. This is the best hair cut I have had since I moved here. I have been lost in the wilderness since I moved from North Jersey. The man is a stylist who takes great pride in his work. I recommend him without reservation. Dominic N. Stimola

Phillip is an excellent barber. I have never been disappointed with my cut. He always gives me the exact cut I ask for. Looking forward to my next visit. On my first visit, I was unaware he had a cash only policy. Phillip told me that was not a problem and allowed me to leave and return with the money to pay for the cut. How many people would do that for someone. He is a gem and I hope he stays here for a long time.
