Chose this place based on Google reviews, the place was calm and master was very nice BUT the quality of service left me disappointed. I took the signature treatment which included : scalp massage, deep mask, scalp scrub, blow dry. During signature treatment I received only deep mask, and some other spray treatment. Received a shallow hair wash ( and most certainly no scalp massage or scrub), it was so bad that when I arrived home my scalp was itching.. cause it was not washed properly. I am absolutely overjoyed that I found this place — they literally saved my hair! It was severely damaged from a bad experience at another salon, and fixing my color while preserving the length seemed impossible. But they worked their magic with a stunning color and toning treatment, and now my hair is soft, glossy, and healthy. I’m so in love with the results! I had such a beautiful experience at Sona’s. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, warm, and welcoming. My haircut and blow dry were exactly what I needed, effortless, soft, and perfectly styled. Sona is truly an artist. She understands hair in a way that feels intuitive, like she already knows what will suit you best. And as if that wasn’t enough… she also makes the best Armenian coffee. It honestly feels like a little escape, not just a salon visit. I’ll definitely be coming back 🤍
