Kim was absolutely amazing and FaceTimed me to insure the purse met my wants. The shipping process was flawless and the purse arrived just as expected! Kim is a liar and a thief, and her store is a black hole, where brand new consigned clothes, shoes and Tom Ford sunglasses disappear without a trace.
