So far, not impressed. The owner came over to measure and was gruff and never even acknowledged my existence. Considering I'm the one paying for his work, I expected at least a "good morning". Secondly, they took nearly 3 weeks just to get a drawing to us of what they were going to do. After I approved it, it took them another month just to manufacture it... and they didn't do it according to their own plans They appeared to cut corners and made the job easier for themselves. Wow, I really hope that wasn’t the owner who road raged and wouldn’t let me merge on the highway… Maybe don’t try and run people off the road in your WORK vehicle? And then flipped me off over a mile later. If this is how they treat strangers, I’d hate to see how they run the company.
These guys did a great job. Tim was very concerned to make sure I was safe walking on. Eric's team installed it and did a marvelous job. They also clean up after themselves which is you hardly ever see with companies. Thank you so much
