I had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment in advance, showed up on time, and they told me to wait, saying it wouldn’t be long. I assumed I’d be next, but they kept taking other people ahead of me. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked again, and they told me it would be another 15 minutes! What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re just going to be ignored? Sadly after being 4 times my son and I won't be back. They seem to make up prices as they go. Every time we have the same basic cuts but we get charged differently every time. The exact same haircut cost $30 one time and $50 the next time. And they won't quote prior which is weird and they don't check online bookings. Why take bookings if you turn up and they have no knowledge of it. Was okay before but won't go back. 3 stars is generous.

I had my haircut with Fish and I loved the experience! I explained what I was looking for in terms of volume and my hair type, and she was amazing at suggesting the cut that would suit me best and then executed it perfectly. She blow-dried my hair gently (without that annoying burning sensation you sometimes get) and styled it beautifully. She also took the time to explain how my hair would look if I let it dry naturally, which I really appreciated. Fish is the most amazing hair dresser I’ve ever been too. I’ve already been 3 times to her and she is just so in tune to what I need… I can’t recommend her highly enough.
