I had a wonderful experience here, Yuka cut my hair, it was a major 'chop' and I think he executed it really well. He took his time and I am really happy with the result. Conveniently made the appointment online and it was easy peasy. The price point was also great!
I am very happy with my haircut. It is my first time here and I will definitely visit this salon again.
I called at 12:11pm today book an appointment at 12:30pm before heading down. When I arrived at 12:35pm, the hairdresser had already given my slot away because I was late by more than 5 minutes and he told me the next available is 430pm. I understand that I was slightly late (due to the unexpected F1 weekend traffic) but at least give a courtesy call to check if I can coming before giving the slot away. I made the effort to call ahead and wasted my time and money travelling down. Very unprofessional customer service.
Very nice, the staff was very helpful in helping me decide what haircut I wanted and they did my hair so well
