First Chase came out to give us an estimate for the job we needed done - removing part of our ceiling in order for the plumber to access a leak. He was professional and got me the estimate very quickly. Then Justin and Mikey came a few days later to remove part of the ceiling for us. They were very friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you!

I spent an hour cleaning dirt out of oven handles they left. One day they were scheduled to show up and never came. Brandon said he would contact insurance company. Never did. Adjuster called me 3 times a week to see what was going on. I told them to save wooden planks from ceiling to reinstall so they would match. They threw them away without telling me. Terrible on returning calls.
