Went in as a walking today to just get my hair cut. There were 4 hair stylists sitting by the front and they all ignored me. The 5th girl who was currently working on someone had to come over to talk to me. They were all incredibly rude and told me they were too busy to see someone. I had your website up and literally could have scheduled an appointment for 15 minutes later. One girl literally looked me up and down, said "no", and turned her back. Not sure how you are still interested business when your people are so RUDE.
Emily was able to get me in in a matter of minutes. I came in for a haircut and wash. As she was cutting she had mentioned that they offer toning as I had an awful hair coloring experience the week prior by another salon. Emily was knowledgeable and so sweet. I walked out looking and feeling so much better! I will only be going to her from now on.
I took my mother here for a haircut and Emily was absolutely amazing! She made time for us as walk inns without hesitation. My mom was so happy with her experience and end result that it made her feel like a new person. My mom suffers from Alopecia Areata and Emily did a fantastic job!
