Devonda has been a hair stylist for 40 years, and unlike those franchise hair salons she takes time to get know you and what you are desiring in a color and style. She makes you feel right at home, unlike going to those other salons where you are just a number. My mom and I also met some lovely ladies, that shared information on churches in area, best local places to go for shopping and dining out.
