I called A Cut Above Lawn Care to get and estimate for our church. I left a message and Dean called me back. I gave him the contact persons name and number to make an appointment. Dean never called back. After leaving 3 more messages still no return call. If you listen to his message he states " leave your name and number and WE WILL CALL YOU BACK!! I am still waiting, but in the meantime our church hired a very reliable company to do the work. I think that "A Cut Above Lawn Care" should be renamed to "A Cut Below Lawn Care"... read more
Terrible company. They started late. You can't get them on the phone. They can't keep their records straight and double charge. They damaged our down spouts. They rush through the job.
I have used them before and there work is good, but you can't never leave a message at the company. They have not come to the house one time this spring.
Mower went down I was in a pinch, not only were they here when I needed them, they were very professional and priced perfect!
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had some landscaping, masonry, and paver work done on the front of the house in the summer of 2012. The Landscaping work was not completed. when I called about it The owner apologized and said the excavator was put away and he would send some one to dig it out. That never happened. cut above lawn care has been taking care of my lawn for years, they do a great job.
I dont think they want my business - I call and they dont call back. I e-mailed Cut Above for a quote. The next day I received a call at 7 pm - which I could not answer cause it was dinner time. I called back at 8 pm and left a message. I never received a call back or a quote. Save your time - I would recommend calling another company first.
Never complete my whole yard that is Quite large but I pay over 100 a week. After this year 2009 will NEVER EVER USE CUT ABOVE LAWN CARe. Would not recommend this company to an enemy.
