I would not recommend Custom-line Shower Co. to anyone. They do not know how to measure a job correctly. It took them 4 attempts to complete a basic shower glass surround with swinging door. They have absolutely no customer service skills. I had to call them to get my schedule for installation. They some how couldn't find the time to contact me a week or two prior to the install date to maybe give me a heads up that tentatively we need to set some time aside for them to come out to our home to install the already paid for pr... read more
STOP! DO NOT SHOP HERE! If you need a shower door, I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I was brought to Customline Shower Company by my contractor because it was said they do such great work and he uses them exclusively. (Only to learn later my contractor gets deep discounts from Customeline after the bid is given). My frameless door was measured up in October 2020 with the promise that the door would be installed prior to Thanksgiving.
