This company is not a reputable company. We purchased and paid for our lanyards (and shipping). Then a month later we received a surprise fedex bill from this company. $10.00 bill. It was NOT in our contract. We did not agree to pay this bill. So they sent another surprise bill for $12.00. again not going to pay for something we did not agree to.
