The sign on the door says walk-ins welcome. But, it felt anything but welcoming when my friend and I walked in. We were not greeted promptly and when we were greeted after standing for about a minute or so (I’m currently on a cane due to a car accident injury) we were asked what they could help us with. Pam Hobson at Customized Hair in Boise iIdaho IS THE BEST! She's been my "hair person" for over 30 years and I can't imagine going to anyone else. She is thoughtful, listens, and is the epitome of "Customer Service". I love her. ❤️

If you're looking for a hair system for men, Pam has to be the most caring and professional option there is. So much that someone like myself was willing to fly in from another state. Having a true professional make you look the best that you can is priceless, so Pam is the best option.
