Really pretty shocked about the interaction I just had with customized behavioral healthcare. I called to ask questions about an ADHD assessment for my daughter. The lady I spoke to could give me zero information on it. I asked if she could connect me with somebody who could tell me more about it - she said she could give me the person‘s email, but they would just kick me back to her. 5 months later and still no call back. I called to schedule an appointment in March, they informed me that there is up to a two month wait to schedule, but I understood, and I was fine with that. I finally get a call and an email in May about scheduling an appointment but I was unable to answer. Called back 5 minutes later and email. Crickets. I called back and emailed multiple time over the last 3 months they to get an appointment schedule but every time, they say they’ll send a message and someone will call me back. Still ... read more
