I was dreading replacing my 20 year old central aircon, but Darren and his installers made it easy. Darren was responsive and easy to deal with during the quote either through email, phone, or when he finally visited the property, and the quote was reasonable in price too. Had a great experience with Customise Air Conditioning from the initial quoting process to the contact received during the time before installation. Installation crew were very friendly and accommodating in any questions I may of had, through to the explanation in the use all the functions/features, of the control unit. Thank you to Darren and his very professional staff and installation crew for a great product.
I have had our air conditioners from Customised for 12years. They installed when we were building. Even now air Conds are fine , however any issues like today 1 air cond tripped out due to overload of power in street. I message Darren at 7.20pm and straight away a phone call to see what was wrong. It’ wasn’t his issue however still phoned to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend them 100%.
