My bank has already escalated this as a high-priority dispute due to their lack of professionalism. Beware: they take your money and disappear. I am extremely disappointed with CustomHappy and how they handled the 2025 holiday season. While the CEO, Sharon Zajackowski, was able to enjoy her Christmas and vacation, many of us sellers and customers were left dealing with the fallout of severe delays and complete silence from the company.
