UPDATE Jan 2nd: Still NO REFUND and NO RESPONSE from CustomHappy for orders placed between Dec 7-12. My bank has already escalated this as a high-priority dispute due to their lack of professionalism. Beware: they take your money and disappear. I will keep this review updated until every cent is returned. - I am an e-commerce owner and I’ve had a catastrophic experience with Custom Happy. I am extremely disappointed with CustomHappy and how they handled the 2025 holiday season. While the CEO, Sharon Zajackowski, was able to enjoy her Christmas and vacation, many of us sellers and customers were left dealing with the fallout of severe delays and complete silence from the company. Their website clearly advertises a 4 business day production time, yet my orders have consistently taken 10+ business days to ship, with no warning, no banner notice, no email updates, and no explanation. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Their website clearly states 4 business days to ship, but my orders are taking 10+ business days with no communication or explanation. These delays began toward the end of November and have had a serious impact on my holiday orders.
