I went to Custom Fit to regain the use of my legs and hips. Laura is an excellent trainer and I recommend this business highly. I am walking better and moving on to activities to maintain it!

I started going to Custom Fit about 3 months ago to regain lower body strength and balance issues. In that short time I am already more flexible and agile and regaining what I had lost. Balance is still an issue, but Mark is working me through it. One of the deciding factors was that it is a one on one workout and not in a room full of people. Laura and Mark are really good at what they do and I look forward to every session.

Laura and Mark are fantastic to work with regarding my personal goals in terms of nutrition, advice, and getting me to the fitness level that I desire. What I also appreciate is being the only one in the room during my session which allows me to focus and train without interruption.
