I have been attending this gym since the end of January 2025. You will find many types of people coming to these classes, which I love since we are all there for one goal. I am a 57 year old woman that loves to exercise (it is my therapy) and like many, I deal with some injuries. What I love most about this gym and the instructors is the instructor's ability to quickly and easily offer me an effective modification when my injury prevents me from doing an exercise. My husband and I have been members for a year when we moved to southern delaware. We highly recommend this gym to people of all ages and fitness abilities. The staff goes above and beyond to create challenging and fun exercise programs and encourage each person to reach their fitness goals. They have built a wonderful community. Although we have moved away, we will be sure to visit whenever we can!
