I was very satisfied and I love it. The installer was very neat and professional.
Installation was problematic, initial installer seemed inexperienced, didn't get doors leveled (door still will not stay completely closed, even after 'fixed' by another installer). Door frame came unglued after about 3 weeks. Surrounding drywall was damaged suring install and was poorly patched. Shower wall was not installed evenly at the top. Shower pan lacking proper support. There wqs no sealant applied around the wall pocket insert. The product looks decent, but the installation was sketchy. We're hoping it doesn't lead... read more
I recommend Custom Fit Baths in Daphne to absolutely anyone wanting to upgrade a tub/shower to a walk in shower. From the sales team to the installation crew, the process was flawless, professional and the best price around. Even better than expected! Thank you Larry and Ricardo.
Horrible experience. $20,000 for a sloppy mess that they won’t fix. They didn’t even cut the panels for the shower straight. It looks like something my 5 year old would have cut. Do yourself a favor and save your money for American Cabinets. I paid them $10,000 to come back and finish tiling the rest of my bathroom and they did an excellent job. I wish I had my $20,000 back for this horrible looking shower.
Thanks for doing a beautiful job. The installer Doyle was very meticulous and detailed with his workmanship. Thanks to Larry for following and keeping in contact thru the install process. I would recommend this company for any bathroom remodel. The price is affordable and the warranty is a plus as well. Thanks James and Rita Booth
