I’ve had a business and personal account at Customers Bank since it opened. I don’t what universe some of the bad reviewers come from, but I’ve never used a bank that was more friendly, professional and responsive. I’d give them six stars if I could.
Friendly and helpful staff!
I am not at all surprised by the low ratings for this branch. Can you imagine having a branch manager tell you to bring in a home bound incapacitated elderly person to add you to an account when you have all the necessary legal documentation required by law? “You can’t just walk into a bank with a POA!” He should have said “My bank” bc other banks acknowledge & abide by legal requirements. The lack of knowledge & professionalism was in full display today. Take your money elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle at this branch.
We’ve been with Customers Bank for many years both for our business and personal. It has been a pleasure working with a local bank with people like Keith the manager as well as the other customer service representatives. If you are looking for personal service this is the place to go.
I cannot say enough goid about the Kimberton staff. However the organization itself is a disgrace
