I tried opening a high interest savings account here and was driven in circles by Nicholas. After 5 days of total incompetence and cluelessness and no apology I wrote to Dominick, Nicholas's manager, who ignored my mail and my call! If I were to put a list of most incompetent banking this would be in my top 5, easily! It's sad because I used Customers Bank years ago and only had positive experiences. It seems both Nicholas and Dominick are just incompetent and need to be sacked. I recommend no one use this bank as your money... read more
