Stephen rocked up 30 minutes earlier than agreed. He admitted than he did not even look at our scope and pictures sent earlier and also admitted that he did not care sending an accurate quotation. Verbally abused my wife when she asked to clarify the scope and price that he intended to deliver on the day, then said that we were wasting his time exactly like when he came to deliver a previous overpriced job the year before. Left the property 5 minutes later while still moaning. "Customer Focused" is as accurate as his quotes.... read more
