Treated like a number. I was fired over BS. I worked for the telecommute Plum choice project. Utter worst IT job I have ever done. Supporting cox tech solutions was total garbage. Basically, I was treated like #\$%\$ over the phone all day long. I was starting to hate people and technology. I think this is a great agancy. Maybe the reason you did not get a call back is because you do not meet the qualifications they have. In todays economy, there are many people looking for work. I would apply at many agancies, but I would stop blasting companies that choose not to hire me... just a thought.... I work in construction, and when I am laid off, they keep me working. Sometimes the pay is a little low, but it beats unemployment. I wouldnt go to another agancy...Chuck
The company do not care about their associates welfare. They dont only not give benefits, the manager only care for her own welfare. They take advantage of people who find a hard time finding jobs. They dont stick to their original salary offer. Several Associates who are still working there at the Airport were told theyd be paid 10 dollars per hour and then came pay day it was only 8 per hour. This does not seem to be an ideal staffing company. No professionalism by the recruiters. They were outside smoking cigarettes and cursing when I pulled up to fill out an application. I filled out the application 3 weeks ago and still have not heard anything. When I call them, I only get a voicemail, I leave messages and still no call back. Very poor business practice.
