Mission accomplished. So I used LOWE'S Extended Warranty for issues in both Refrigerator & Range both Whirlpool, this was a 5 year extended warranty which expires April 5, 2025. The repair was completed by Sammy. Natalie was my contact. This is a review of Customer Care Appliance Service, Inc. But it was 'glitchy' getting the repair orders straightened out. Had Samsung Care+ set up an appointment for today between 8-12. The company never showed. When they didn't show, I called and left a message. The company stated that they received the appointment as Monday between 8-5, not today. This is total bull because I had a confirmation email stating the time. That schedule goes directly to the repair company. Should have known by the horrible reviews that it would be an issue.
Had a claim with my manufacturer for an oven , technician came out took a picture of code said they needed to order part like why don’t they carry parts on truck them came back out the next week fixed it , but the next day it had the same problem I tried to call Them twice for assistance and for them to remedy the situation and to get help no callback !!!
