When I contacted Customer Care Appliance, Bekah quickly got back to me with an appointment and Sami the technician arrived right on time (with a call ahead which is always appreciated!) He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with my refrigerator and the price was very reasonable. They are the only ones I call when I need appliance repair! (They have previously serviced my washer and dishwasher.) Very satisfied!
We are very happy with our washer repair. However, it took a week to get the part. I would say have more than one person who can place orders and be open on Fridays. Our initial service call was on a Friday, and your office is closed on Fridays and your order person was not available. So the part didn't get ordered until Monday, came in on Thursday, and our repair was made on Friday a week later.
This was a pleasant experience. Louis the actual owner n proud vet made the initial visit. The part was ordered n within 3 days Sammi arrived n did the final repair professionally done. Kudos to customer care appliance.
We had two visits from Customer Care with two different technicians. The first identified the problem in about 20 minutes but didn't have the required part which was a special order. The second technician removed and installed the new part in about 15 minutes. Both were professional, friendly and pretty efficient. It took less than a week to get the part and now all is working perfectly. It was a warranty call so I cannot talk to costs.
