They charged us $470 for 30 min of work. Just to tell that the air conditioner is out of gas. Never came back to fix it after reaching out multiple times. This company is litteraly a scam.
I dealt with several employees of Custom Air when my furnace needed replacement due to a flood in basement. Each employee (Kris, Abbie, Christine, Dalton, David) were all extremely professional and I felt as though they really cared to help me. I would strongly recommend dealing with this company.
