I told Chris what I wanted in a stereo and the way I normally listen to music. I also wanted a remote start for my truck. He recommended a stereo and I went with his recommendation. He did the install and a lot of rewiring from what the previous owners had screwed up. It came out better than I expected and I absolutely love it. Chris did an amazing job installing the Spyder Halo Halogen lights I ordered for my 2003 Ford Focus ZX3. They didn't entirely fit, so he was able to do some very clean fabrication work to fit them in properly. Chris will be constantly getting all my light installation business speaker installation business, and any other wiring business I have that's within his capabilities, which are very broad. I bought a remote start from Custom12 for my husband for Christmas. I have no experience or knowledge of most things car related and Chris was super patient and took the time to help me figure out what the best option would be for my husband’s car; at no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase more than what was needed.
