After only a year of living in our new home, our kitchen cabinets started to chip. I tried multiple times to try and contact the owner Aaron with no reply. It was not until I threatened to leave this review that he responded to my email. He claimed it was due to water damage and it was the responsibility of the builder to fix the issue. Everything started out great with Aaron. He was very responsive and the install went relatively well. There were immediately about a dozen drawers that were off track or didn’t work properly. He advised me to use everything for 3 months because there would probably be more that needed adjustment and it would be best for him to come out one time and adjust everything then. Custom Wood Creations designed and installed my remodeled kitchen. I liked the pantry with pull out draws and how the microwave was built into the island. The workmanship, design and quality installation exceeded my expectation.
