Kent Spriggs will take your deposit and run. He is a Fraud
This company is a scam. Kent will take your deposit and disappear on you. I hired this company to replace some windows and one exterior door almost 6 months ago. Was told it would take 10-11 weeks for the windows to come in. If you're able to get a hold of him (after you've given your deposit) he'll make excuses and promise to call you back. Which he never, ever does. Stay away from this company.
I ordered windows 7 months ago and they have never been installed. I got every excuse including he had health problems but that was with me constantly trying to reach Kent Springs. He would book a day then not show up and not call or email. I asked for my deposit back and he agreed but has yet to do that(once again saying a date he will refund but does not)
"On October 6, 2021 we ordered and gave a deposit for our windows through Custom Windows and Doors/Custom Done Right. We were booked in to start the installation later in November 2021, with a promise of a minimum of five days to complete the installation. On the morning of the installation, nobody showed up; when we called to find out what was happening, we were told that the windows weren't ready yet, that there was an issue with our semi-circle window, and that we'd have to reschedule, so we did.
