I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and still had to wait over two hours. When I asked what the delay was, they just brushed me off with “we’re busy.” No respect for customers’ time. Never going back.
After getting the tint job done, I noticed scratches on the inside of my door panels. When I asked them about it, they denied responsibility. Now I have to pay for repairs on top of a tint job that wasn't even applied cleanly. Terrible service and no accountability.
specifically asked for a light legal tint, but they installed a much darker one. Now I’m getting pulled over constantly, and when I brought it up with them, they said it was "my fault for not checking before leaving." Isn’t that their job? Extremely disappointed.
I paid for premium tinting, but what I got was anything but. Within a week, I noticed bubbles forming all over the windows. I went back to get it fixed, and they blamed "humidity" and refused to re-do it without charging more. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money.
Mr.Charles was knowledgeable and reliable. I recommend his services . Just a heads up this is mobile tinting, either way the work speak for itself
