By giving me information regarding the windows I purchased. I have the label number off the windows but they won't give me any info, not one piece of information. The windows were installed by a "contractor" who fell off the face of the earth before he finished the job. I need to have stickers on all windows before I can get a permit, but the sun has faded most of the stickers and Custom Window Systems refuses to help me at all. give customer service. I want the energy efficient rating on the window installed for legal action against the contractor. They told me to call the contractor Im suing. He is real willing to disclose he only installed impact windows. Not energy efficient impact window. Im in limbo

We’ve had several on going issues since December 2017. Customer service is horrible, zero follow up, service techs do not show up, don’t know what they are doing and products are not what they use to be prior to the company selling. Would not recommend this product to anyone. Run fast

I would not recommend using this company's products. One of their double insulated doors that is in my home, shattered without being touched by anything. When I researched the issue I found the this can occur to these types of doors due to several types of manufacturing defects. When my installer contacted the company for a replacenent panel, they were told that the breakage was not covered by the warranty. I have nver heard of a manfacturing defect not being covered by a warranty. Avoid this product.
