We placed our order with Maria Barrios on November. She said that if we contracted her to do our 13 windows and 2 doors that she would have them done in 6 weeks if we chose their business. Maria Barrios told us that they have their shop in El Paso and they don't deal with Juarez and that most shutters come from Juarez, Mx and they use they use cheap materials. I ordered over 4 months ago. I gave a $500 deposit and I’m still awaiting installation. I’ve had 4 appointments for install the last 4 weeks with Maria. Each time they don’t show up or call! I am beginning to think it’s a scam, I feel like Maria is giving me the runaround. She gets caught in a web of lies. I will be reporting this business to the Police if I do not get my shutters installed as promised November 22nd! This is the 6th appointment with them for install and they never show!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY REQUIRED A DEPOSIT AND ARE 2 MONTHS LATE ON THEIR DELIVERY! NOW THEY WONT ANSWER! TOO MANY EXCUSES!
