Do Not bring your vehicle to custom willys! Will is a scam artist and will not stand behind his work! Super nice guys but it's an act. They miss diagnose and charge you for repairs you don't need then won't stand behind the warranty on the things you did need! They gave me a year warranty on my transfer case, it failed after 11 months and one week. They said the warranty expired 3 weeks ago. REALLY?
Equipment trailer frame was broken in several places. Took it in on short notice and said I needed it fixed asap. Had my trailer back in two days! Awesome shop! Great customer service.
We love what we do and we do what we love
Took my pickup in because I was losing coolant. This company kept the truck for two days. Charged $500+ for a radiator flush which I told them that I already had done. Put in one $9 part. I returned the next day because it was still losing fluid. Was told they couldn’t fix it. Back in another shop spending more $$ to fix same problem. Nice guys but I expected more.
