These guys have all the best options I could ever dream of for my e-mtb (WAO Triad rims, Onyx Classic hubs, Berd spoke wheelset), the best prices I could find, and the customer service (Jack) is top notch!! Jack helped point me in the right direction for my needs, and was super responsive to all my queries. Definitely made a customer for life here, thanks so much!
I received my carbon wheels in the mail Aug14th and was shocked by how good they looked. I ordered a mullet wheel set for enduro racing with Chris King hubs. Absolutely beautiful wheel set. Well packed and the team at Custom Wheel Builder were very responsive when I asked questions or requested status. In addition I shopped the price around and Custom Wheel Builder prices are the best relative to my desired build requirements. I am very happy and will order from them again.
I needed a custom offset build (Ai) for my wheelset and the team at Reserve wheels suggested I look up CWB. What a find! Jack picked up the phone right away and talked to me for over 20 min about my build, walked me through all the different hub options with pros/cons, and even helped by looking into different shipping options to Hawaii. All of that and I saved $ with a custom build over buying from Reserve or any of the big online retailers. I'm a customer for life!!

Wheels are great - huge upgrade from stock wheels on my MTB. Came well packaged and shipped quickly once built.
