Custom Water has been my water service Company for many years, and have taken very good care of me. 5 stars all the way.
They keep forcing out or firing good technicians who go out and start their own water service businesses. First time a tech showed up, he was drunk from the night before. The secretary hates us “bible thumping Christians” and only cares about sales, not customers.
I called them confused about what I needed. Roy told me exactly what my water system needed and not the extra garbage other companies scared me into thinking I needed. They came out the next day and finished everything, doing extra things for me free of charge that they thought would help. Then explained how my entire system worked.
