This company is garbage, the owner tries to cut corners any where possible. I was just informed by the city of Prescott that the pool was never permitted. Now I'm having to pay another company to come amend Custom Water Creations failures.

I would never hire this pool company. I have purchased the owners old home. The pictures below show his failed attempt to have any decent workmanship, pride in his work. Also on how to improperly install solar water heater for the pool. That is one of many items that either needs to be replaced or completely re done the right way. I have called numerous trades asking to fix other items on the pool and it’s a common occurrence to hear them say “ yeah it seems like that’s all we do is fix his mistakes” I would highly recommend... read more

These people are Great! It's been really tough to find a reliable, responsive, professional pool service company in Sedona or anywhere in the Verde Valley. Finally, after years of poor pool maintenance and damaged equipment from "other" pool services, we were introduced to Josh and his team and are SO happy. On top of doing an excellent job of maintaining our pool, they are truly nice, honest people who actually care about their clients. Highly recommend.
