Currently have an order placed two weeks ago. I was given a quote from Dale saying I need to provide my own graphic which I did make and sent to them the same day. Multiple emails sent to Custom Vinyl Graphics to check on status go unanswered. I am yet to get an satisfactory proof. I will change this rating to the appropriate "rating" if there is a satisfactory resolution, otherwise continued no reply to my emails will force me to file a dispute on my credit card as this company took my money but has not provided any service... read more

Buyer Beware! I ordered a custom rear window decal and was asked the year, make, and model of my wife's vehicle. You would think if they asked all that and still didn't know the size they would tell you. Not the case. The custom decal they sent me was unusable and twice the size of the rear window and told me "YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE PROOF THAT SAYS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SIZE!" I don't know if I would trust these guys. I ordered 2 vinyl decals of my business logo. I contacted them after a month (which they had already charged me) and they forgot about my order. I finally get my order a month and a half later, but its only one decal, when I paid for 2. I tried to get a hold of them and they have not gotten back to me with a refund months later.
