This is what $10,000 of “refinished” floors look like from Custom View Exteriors. Only 2 rooms, no bedrooms. Just the kitchen and living room. About 600 sq ft. You can see the patches... They came back twice to “fix it” and the last time they left me the urethane and told me I could patch any missed spots. As you can see from the pictures, it has a lot of dry patchy spots.
