I absolutely love shopping here. All the employees are fantastic and they really know their stuff. I entered a giveaway Custom Vapes & E Cigs were hosting and won, I messaged them details of how to go about claiming my wins, they were very responsive and professional. I hadn't heard an update from them so I contacted them to find out details and yet again they were very responsive in providing me with all the details. I recieved my shipment in 3 days and they even put in a magnet for my refrigerator and personally wrote on the packaging slip thanking me for my support for them. Best vape store I’ve been to in years! The staff is very knowledgeable and treats you like family from the minute you enter till you leave. They always remember your name and what you’ve bought in the past. Best prices anywhere and it’s one of the only vape shops from Waxhaw to Charlotte that doesn’t rip you off with over priced watered down e-juice! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had and they will always get my business and I will spread the word!
