Called to get a quote for a wheelchair lift and the person was extremely rude when I asked for more details and was confused how the process was quite different than other companies for a modification that would be paid for by the state. He stated we got off of the wrong foot and he would "pass" on the opportunity to help us with a $20,000 + conversion. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Jay and this shop are the the real deal, They converted the troublesome underfloor ramp on my medivan to a reliable fold out ramp and made it look and function perfectly when other shops in Chicago were unwiling to touch this job, They definitely exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone or go back to them in the future.
