Completely unprofessional business with no support and no assistance on faulty equipment in their trucks. Bought a used truck (2020) with no hours on it. Put 80 hours on it and replaced seals, transfer case and then it busted again. Custom Vac said it was used so no warranty, no support. Had this truck for 6 months and it's been working for 2 weeks Stay clear of these guys, pick a reputable hydro-vac manufacturer that has good equipment, good customer service and stands behind their machines. Bad experience with this group unfortunately. They don't stand behind their product and give no support if you don't buy from them (even if it's their unit) -- best look elsewhere and save yourself money and headaches
Worst company to work with . NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS OR NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHIPPING AND RECEIVING LADY NEED TO BE REPLACED OR SHE NEED TO LEARN HOW BEHAVE WITH PEOPLE . NO ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR.NO WORK ETHIC . SHE IS SUPER RUDE I WENT TO DELIVER SOME PRODUCTS AND SHE WAS RUDE , SHAKING HER WHILE TALKING AND YELLING WHILE DEALING. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY IS SURVING WITH THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE .
I bought a truck from Iowa and was manufactured by Custom Vac. After receiving the truck i needed parts and advice, So i contacted Various people from different depts . After finally now that everyone knows who i am after numerous calls (Good One ) They helped me out whenever i needed something. Makes me feel like family. Mr Hillman has started helping me from day 1 and the crew Zenon, Mike Etc. thanks for helping me achieve my goals with this vac truck. Bill Dolan
