Lenny helped us get a new roof covered by insurance. He made the process very easy, doing all of the communication with the insurance company. He was quick and effective, and easy to communicate with. We were having some minor leaking issues and he patched everything up in the meantime while the paperwork went though without charging us extra.
Lenny was quick with communication and scheduling. Custom Upgrades was the third company we had come out to take a look at a roof leak. Lenny was honest, and fixed a nail hole that was causing the leak, and saved us the 15-17k the other two companies quoted for a new roof. We will definitely keep him in mind for future projects and recommendations to friends and family.
