I got the Sony 65" 4K UHD TV with delivery and setting up my home theater system in 2020. These people are personable, know their products, and communicate exceedingly well. They have mid to high range electronics. They make sure that you have the right equipment to fit YOUR requirements. My wife and I are still enjoying our purchase and doing business with them in the future.
The only place for custom TVs and stereo equipment in Modesto.
Disrespectful tech named Jeremy. Disrespected my lady. Condensending. Sloppy job not detailed oriented. Wouldn't hire them back. Front office were friendly.
Gil and Craig were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding TV selection and options to fit our specific needs. Their installation team was great and was very responsive and flexible.
We've been dealing with Custom Stereo for 20 years. They installed our original whole-house stereo and movie theatre. Technology changes fast forward and our movie theatre needed updating. We did research to see what was required. We sought out bids and sadly some competition was overselling by thousands of dollars (equipment padded and things we just didn't need.)
