They was supposed to repair cracks in the shower, which they did on top and it stop leak for approximately five weeks and the fiberglass continue on the the lip part, and very rudely the gentleman talk to me very badly using profanity and refused to repair it and hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone and I am reporting them to the better business bureau. I had to pay a plumber to hopefully repair it.
Directions I got lead me to a dead end at a couple of houses.. never saw any signs of a business?
I worked for this company for 10 plus years.....they were always upfront...honest....and tried to help their customers in every way they could
They took my money for a repair of a very small chip in my bathtub. Three visits later we still have a chip in the bathtub along with peeling paint. We are now worse off than when we began. To make things worse they refuse to refund me saying they told me I had no warranty on the work. I was never told this and would have never hired them had they told me this. Stan is a perfectionist. My 5' cast iron tub turned out beautiful. I could not of asked for anything better.
