I received some pricing on having some coilovers and rear shocks installed at their Columbus location. Quote seemed fair so made the appt to have them installed. Total with the alignment ended up being cheaper than the quote, so huge win! Noticed the alignment was off and went back in. Had to set another appt to drop the truck off again. This time around, no call saying the truck was ready. I brought my truck in for a Premium LINE-X bed liner. The liner itself has held up well so far, but the condition my truck was returned in could have been much better. I noticed residue left on some of the trim and paint, including small, unexplained drips of a blue material near the front sides of the truck. My factory gooseneck plastic trim pieces were also scratched, deformed, and not properly seated. Good people and customer service
Cody and the rest of the crew at CTU Columbus did an absolutely phenomenal job with my RAM 1500. I cannot recommend this team enough. They were very patient, as I am new to the world of lifted trucks. They worked with me to get the exact look I was going for. They installed a 3.5 inch suspension lift, wheels, tires, and a bed cover. Their knowledge, customer service, and expertise is second to none.
