Against my better judgement I agreed to pay $100 more than U -Haul at this location to have a trailer hitch installed. They could install the hitch in less time because they were able to get the parts quicker. I also liked the thought of the more personal service of a locally owned shop. The showroom and customer waiting area were first rate.
